7 Febuary 2010 Sunday Sabeth day no work.
1. BreakFast with my father and sibling out
2. Do Planting, plant tommatto using the tommatto seed Cherlene gave me as my bday present.
3. my MENU for today dinner it's Paul Wk Pizza..!!
today i wake up early in the morning 4AM+ to see facebook and watch some lame thailand horror comedy movie on youtube freaking Gay.
around 8AM+ my father and sibling all are prepared then we go fo breakfast today abut no appetite to eat i just simply order DIM SUM flood the table suddently they got appetite aredy lol^^
after that come back home with 2 huge Packet of Soil to plant my Cherlene give me Tommatto seed wanna grow it properly :
This the beggining for the plant to grow today date it's 7 Febuary 2010 Sunday right?
and also my Chilli Pardy plant gonna trasfer to bigger port it grow bigger and bigger:
can use it as ingridient no need buy o put it right beside my ONION plant lol.
look that's the CHILLI PARDY PLANT.
Today i am damn free and finally i got the chance to cook and play with dough i went down to buy Flour, Dry Yeast,OIL , abit Salt and abit Sugar.
aiyah just exactly same as how u make ROTI PRATA.
it's very simple just combine them using hand to roll around then form a dough need to punce, throw, spinn and slam to get rid of the air inside so can place it in the oven to bake it ofcoz.
playing with dough lol.
it's dry and fun after forming up a dough all i need to do it smack it now!
next step it's i wet my hand with warm water rub around the side of the dough to make it wet and steaky so that i can sprinker OATH MEAL to cover the side of the dough to make it crunchy heard of honey OATH?. then place it in the oven to turn it to soft bread 1st before i can cover with indreident.
after the dough turn to soft bread i place it on a plate leave it for it to cool down while waiting i ask my brother and father wad kind of flavour PIZZA they like my bro say HAWAIIAN pizza so ok as he wish i leave the bread to cool down i go down buy Can Pineapple, Mozerella cheese, Tommato base.
cover with 1st layer of flat Mozerela cheese then srpinkler Pineapple, PRAWN from my freezer pilled the skin ofcoz, cover with tommato base , againt sprinkler cheese around becoz i dad like cheezy and againt tommato base.
NOT A HUGE 1 BUT A FAT PIZZA!!
then place it in the oven againt to cristpy the bread, and cheezy that Fat Barger obviously.
dun get to take a nice picture becoz when it ready i place it on the table i go wash my hand waitting to take a photo of it my dad and bro aredy started digging the damn pizza sad case...!!
i did try pulled it it's cheezy.
that's for my self lol..!!
mainly they happy smilling can aredy haha^^
