remember those moment of breath:
growing older and older, getting weaker too.
day 2 of the 2011; felt older haiz..!! today working half way, feel like fainting; after making TAKO YAKI leave the tako machine started pilling potato skin. i wonder izit got to do with the tako machine beside me?
i was pilling potato skin felt the heat flowing from the gyoza to my direction. feel heated up, feel a little giddy with my eye seeing things blurring out, felt my both arm become num, i was controling my self not to faint, it was so paintful, swet keep flowing down from my head to neck.
to the extend i can't work, walk myselve to the working meal table, rested my head on the table. i wondering how am i going to go home. but glad that i did manage to go home.
been looking for all the fucking them CLINIC around; all closed. my 1st choice clinic is poly clinic; lucky it closed my atm card not with me; thanks to my sis she take my atm card and didn't return me.
so i went back home saw my grandmother borrowed money from her to get myselve a chinese medicine.
just hoping it will help. got 1 chinese medical clinic best, i felt so sick asking them is it open, they say sorry their doctor is away come back next week. really fucked up service.

after get my medicine, i started to think of making DONBURI SAUCE; i been working at shokudo restaurant they never teach me how to make the DONBURI SAUCE, so i decided to learn it myselve, glad i had the time to make it:
it's quite simple; i didnt get to use the real japanese mirin. so i make my own mirin: using rice wine combine it with sugar to match the taste of the mirin. filled my port with water drop in 4 and 1/2 table spoon of soya sauce.
pour down a 1 and 1/2 table spoon of rice wine along with a sugar depend on how sweet you want it to be.
2 table spoon of brown sugar. if you have cooking sake to pour down will be better.
hard to find. but the experiment still manage to go on smoothly.
DONBURI needed a long onion, donburi sauce, egg, rice and seaweed.
next i gonna find out the step to make a teriyaki sauce; there's alot of different kind of path to making a teriyaki sauce. i am going to find out all the path.
