never update for days and weeks; due to lots of things happening and busy.
1 reason is im back to be a cook at BUFFET TOWN:
that how exactly the uniform look like; i still prefer the SHOKUDO time japanese cook uniform.
this time round is buffet; cooking spree. endless cooking due to keep have to top up the buffet tray.
medium rare beef, sambal sea food, sausage and lots more. im glad i manage to adapt to the new recipe fast. but how ever i didn't really feel like going back work; my motivation gone totally. no longer find any purpose in it.
i still so long to discover more about food and cooking.
i didn't really have the time to update finish all the THAILAND PHOTO: gonna wait for JABEZ TAN to done with uploading all the photo; in order for me to update it here.
my case is; i wanna update all in 1 shot.
by the way today is service day; kind of not bad thank god for VINCENT CHIN,KELVIN VIOLET TAN, JOEL TAN, JABEZ and JAZZLENE for being there to entertain me. if not i could have felt really so left out.
KIRBY came in the story line in the later part; which the sky goes dark. steady friend he is; how ever also a inresponsible bastard.
good friend to hang out with; but not work with.
hmm..! today service was great; but some how realize nothing really there to teach me. i started to felt real dry and useless; for a reason. the worst part is after service; go for a dinner is fine with me. but staying at 1 area seeing everyone entertain among them selve with all short of things; while me feeling so dry and lost my purpose of being there.
my dream can come true in THAILAND:
but not in SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE system make life really tough for me. i just not good enough to be in SINGAPORE.
i should migrate over to THAILAND. although it flood or problematic; but it still met my dream list. everyone there is so sincere and real.
SINGAPORE most people is not being real; there's always self fist motive behind them.
they always have a change of heart; which cannot be trust. they will be nice to you and give you a sign that they want to be there for you; till they achieve what's met their motive. they will make a change in their heart and throw you out of their life; coming out all kinds of stunt and trick to chase you away. making a fool out of you.
how cruel those people can be, i'll have to learn from all those mistake that made.
some time when they hates you they won't say it or tell you; instead they will come out with tactics to chase you out like a bloody damn fool. that's the scary things it can be. they just never get straight to the point.
the person which they use to shield themselve and to turn you off; is also a victim that been used like a fool; and the victim help that particular user for a motive as well like a DOG EAT DOG world.
im totally started to feel real hopeless living life facing this type of situation; what a DOG EAT DOG WORLD.
im seriously have to be real careful.
hmm..! i manage to quit smoking because i wanna go PES A in NS.
i no longer gonna smoke; gonna live a life clean and pure. i not gonna be like a PAGON.
i stopped smoking for 2 weeks; and it gonna go on. gonna stay free from corruption.
i must quit smoking in order for not letting my friend down; or make sure no nagging will come to me. i been nagged continuously from friends; so i don't want to piss them off. so i should QUIT smoking.
so far SINGAPORE really a hard place for me to fulfil my dream; none of my wish and aim come true in SINGAPORE: it always go another path way which make me feel so confuse and lost.
task cannot be done here in SINGAPORE. really i facing it 1st hand: im so disappointed of this life here.
that's why SINGAPOREAN run to other country to fulfil their career and dream: EG.
music people travel to TAIWAN or AMERICA to work toward it: CORRINE MAY left SINGAPORE to LOS ANGELES to fulfil her dream. she don't want to fulfil it in SINGAPORE: because she don't want to end up become advertiser for 7 ELEVEN and stuff like that.
LIN JUN JIE also another 1 left SINGAPORE to CHINA TAIWAN to fulfil his dream.
that already telling me so clearly that; SINGAPORE is really tough for fulfilling dream. you can see why most of the SINGAPOREAN after KOREAN artist so strongly. how crazy they go for their favourite artist; that already show how dream had been fulfil there.
that's why SINGAPORE have to keep taking in forent talent; because they can't build this type of skill here. skill is gain through fulfilling something.
which really hard to be fulfil in SINGAPORE; that's why forent have to keep coming in to back SINGAPORE up.
yeah SINGAPORE do have a strong point as well; in building charm in the city. which look really clean and beautiful. example MARINA BAY SAND and ETC.
look carefully who clean the country?
SINGAPOREAN OR FORENT?
look carefully who shop at MARINA BAY SAND? (it look real huge and gorgeous think about it are you involve in it?)
look at BRANDED PROPERTY occupied lots of land: who's the most that own the land?
SINGAPOREAN OR FORENER?
look whose the most that live in HDB FLAT? (it only last for 100 years and will be taken back and owner will lost their ownership of it in vain)
life really hard and miserable. the something that is good is the EDUCATION SYSTEM: even the poor can stands a chance to study and get education.
but how ever a poor person will lack of money ended up have to find a part time job; and it affected their study: ended up their dream are screwed.
another way they are feeling real humiliating being in school as a poorest guy there: which his pride are gone. ended up he will lost his motivation of study and being in school (dream are gone).
